The parental gate

Tap the Parents button (a shield with a lock) at the top of the map. A "Parents Only" panel shows a multiplication question; type the answer on the keypad and tap Go. The gate stays open for the rest of that session. After several wrong answers it locks for a short while and then asks a new question.

Everything meant for adults is behind this gate: profiles, subscription, restore, saving to Photos, and links to this site.

Profiles

Up to four. Open Parents, tap Add profile, choose a name and an avatar. Each profile has its own map progress and gallery. Switch profiles with the avatar row on the map. Simple mode, per profile, keeps just the magic brush and fill for younger children.

Saving pages to Photos

Open Parents, then Save to Photos. The first time, iOS asks for permission to add pictures to your library; the app can add, never read. If you do not want pages saved at all, turn off Allow saving in Parents.

Gullu Plus

The first page of every land is free, with every tool: fill, crayon, marker, glitter, patterns and stickers, plus its Draw-it lesson. Plus unlocks the other 956 pages. Choose annual or monthly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no free trial: try everything on the free pages first. Family Sharing is on for all three.

Cancel a subscription any time. On iPhone and iPad: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On a Mac: the App Store app, click your name, then Account Settings. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Restore purchases on a new device from Parents › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account or a family member's.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

FAQ

Does it work offline?

Yes. Every page ships inside the app. Nothing is downloaded.

Does it work on Mac?

Yes, and one purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Will my child's pages appear on our other devices?

Profiles and finished pages are kept in your family's private iCloud, so a child's gallery follows the same Apple Account across devices. Nothing is sent to Syntyaxis.

Can I delete a profile?

Yes, from Parents. Its finished pages are removed with it, from the device and from iCloud. The app always keeps one profile; to remove everything, see "Deleting your data" in the privacy policy.
